Shipping policy

For U.S. Customers:

  • We aim to check and pack the orders within 5 business days.
  • We will email you if the item is out of stock.
  • Orders from the U.S. will usually arrive within 7-15 business days of shipment, depending on your destination.

For International Customers:

  • We aim to check and pack the orders within 5 business days.
  • We will email you if the item is out of stock.
  • All international orders will usually arrive within 7-28 business days of shipment, depending on your destination.

Note:
Shipping rates for remote countries will be calculated based on logistics and distance, displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We now cover all customs duties and fees for:

  • USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, Hong Kong.

Rest of the World:
We will try to avoid customs duties that you need to pay, but if customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are incurred, they are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to indicate the value of your order directly on the package.

We are not responsible for undelivered packages if the recipient refuses to pay custom taxes and duties.

Delivery

We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure, as we cannot file a refund for orders not received due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insecure shipping address. Items marked undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address can be reissued only when they are received back, which will incur a re-shipping fee.

Please contact us with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible.

We will try our best to deliver your order to your door, but in rare cases, the customer might need to pick it up from the local post office. Please note that we cannot issue a refund if customers refuse to collect their packages from their local post office. We are unable to refund or replace any packages refused by the recipient. Packages will not be returned to our warehouse since we ship from overseas. If you no longer need the purchased items, please email our customer service team to submit a return request.
